(My little guy Micah at a restored Farmstead we visited on Monday! It was SO hot, but we still had fun!)
Hey everyone! Happy Monday! I hope you had an awesome weekend and have some fun plans for the Fourth of July! We’ll be grilling and hopefully making some homemade raw ice cream. (Such a yummy treat!)
Today’s post is a very special one to me, because I have an exciting announcement for you all! God has given our family a very special gift this summer- we have been given a gorgeous new home! It is something we never could have done for ourselves, but He did for us through an amazing unfolding of events. We are so thankful and know that it is a true gift from His hand!
And one of the most fun parts- we get to pick all the details for the house- the paint colors, counters, floors, etc! So, you know me, I’ve been researching like a maniac to figure out how to make our new home as toxin free as possible, while staying on a budget. It’s not been easy, but I’ve learned a LOT along the way!
So stay tuned, because for the next month or so (or maybe more!) I’ll be filling you in once or twice a week on all the ways we’re keeping our house as green, chemical free, and healthy as possible. You know how passionate I am about purchasing products that are as pure and close to God’s creation as possible, so I’ll be sharing with you what I’ve learned these last months, and show you pictures of how we’re using various products in our new home!
I’m so excited to share with you what I’ve learned, because I know it can help you make your homes healthier and safer for your families too! (Even if all you want to do is touch up some paint in your bedroom!)
Thanks as always for reading, and I can’t wait to take you on a tour of our new home!
Talk to you Thursday!
With much love,
