Time To Partay!!!


Mmmmmm….chocolate!!! How can anyone not like chocolate?  I’ve heard people claim not to, but I don’t believe them! What’s not to love?? 🙂

There’s definitely everything to love when it’s probiotic chocolate, with nearly as much omega-3’s as a teaspoon of cod liver oil!

    The food part we’ve got down, but I struggle more with staying consistently active.

    So if somebody could motivate me to be consistent about working out! Or even just if somebody else could work out FOR me, ha!

    If someone could help me brainstorm on healthy snacks for my family- that fit in with each of my children’s food allergies… that would be awesome! (Apples are great… but an apple for every snack gets old fast!)

    Becoming sick was the best motivator for starting to live a healthy lifestyle. So glad that my health is better, and all my inflammation levels have decreased since starting the Maker’s Diet! One thing to make it even easier? Finding more restaurants that serve healthy organic food, so we don’t feel captive to eating at home all the time!

    If someone would bless me with the supplements..vitamins..and stuff like that I would be able to live ALOT healthier. I have changed alot in my families lives, but financially we can not afford those things. We have food stamps and live from pay check to pay check. I am praying for the money to afford your book someday. I bet it is amazing. 🙂

    I feel like I do a pretty good job prioritizing! A little extra money for supplements would be nice…I am a holistic nutritionist though so I hate excuses 😉

    ONE thing? You want me to pick just one? 😉 Probably “time management” is my biggest problem. Can someone help me with that? This is after I’ve read countless books & articles on the subject. Is there any help for me? Can someone teach me how to balance it all?

    Ok here’s my answer…… Even though I’ve done the makers diet for a very long time. I still have some complications and chronic pain from past medical problems… Sooooo if someone could just help let me rest a bit each week ( watching kiddos for a couple hrs once a week or even help with chores) that would help. Our family doesn’t live near and hubby is still going through his graduate program while working full time, so much is left for me to do all by myself…, and as you know with 3 littles ones a good feeling body tires easily let alone one that’s still in the making of healing( which I believe for everyday!!!!)

    Jesus is my One Thing. If he could do just do one thing for me, it would be give me TIME in the day… to go for walks on a regular basis. I need more EXCERCISE (besides the excercise of running up and down the stairs to chase kids)!!!

    If someone could help by cleaning and cutting fresh fruits and veggies, it would make it so much easier to just grab a snack. The challenge is planning the time to prepare for the week.

    Just kidding…help me regularly find good recipes (especially for snacks!!!) and then help me MEAL PLAN. i got on here and saw that it was not original buuut its the truth. Meal plan+ new recipes

    If someone could plan out my food – down to daily dark chocolate, that would be great!! They need to include a way to motivate me to get healthy exercise!! Once I am motivated for a while, I am fine!!

    My one thing would be to have someone cook for me. I am a busy full-time student and it would make it sooo much easier for me to stay on track if I could just grab-and-go!

    I guess the answer to that for me would be…..preparing the food….soaking, dehydrating, etc. 😉 that would make it easier….putting foods in the freezer for go to meals.

    Better financial situation would definitely help us live a healthier lifestyle. I have the knowledge especially with beautiful sites such as yours, but due to job losses and other circumstances, I don’t have the funds to be able to put it into practice.
