    Hello Catherine!
    I must tell you how this video was an answer to prayer for me. I woke up this morning and asked God to bring someone into my life that will help me make meal plans, that we encourage me with creating meals and such. I sat at my desk and the thought came to my mind to open The Makers Diet. (Yes, I have a copy of it… And yes it sits on my book shelf) It’s in another room though so I googled the makers diet meal planning and your lovely blog site came up! You are refreshing and I am starting today to live my live designing my meals rather than let the grab it and chew mentality dictate, again.
