Losing Weight With Coconut Oil: A List of Resources For You

As we wrap up our journey into my postpartum weight loss (I just bought a pair of size 4 jeans last Saturday! Woohoo!!!) I thought I’d share with you in a list format some of the resources that really helped me along the way. I still have a size to go before I meet my goal, but I’m sure happy with the progress I’ve made since August!
Over the last two weeks I’ve shared the four steps I took to lose 4 sizes of baby weight in the last 7 months. One of the biggest keys for me was taking 2-3 tbsp daily of coconut oil, but I read a LOT about it and why it worked, so I wasn’t conflicted when I was using it! 😉 Since eating coconut oil might go against the grain of everything you’ve always heard your whole life about nutrition, here are some books and articles to steer you in the right direction:
1) Eat Fat Lose Fat by Sally Fallon & Mary Enig. This one was the biggest for me!
2) The Coconut Oil Miracle by Bruce Fife
3) The Coconut Diet by Cherie Calbom (She recommends 4-6 tbsp per day!)
