So, like most women, I really love the idea of healthy, shiny, thick happy hair. But how do you get it when you barely even have time to take a shower each day?
I dearly miss doing my hair and getting ready for 1.5 hours ever day. (How did I ever, EVER have that much time when I was single?!) Anyway, I’ve been doing some reading about vitamin B7, biotin. It’s essential for your metabolism, and also for healthy skin, nails and hair.
Typically, we get all the biotin we need from food sources, but if you feel your skin is too rough, your hair needs a boost, or your metabolism does too (biotin is essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates and fat) then you may do well to take some extra B7 on top of what your diet gives you.
