As many of you know, I’ve used organic coconut oil to lose almost 3 sizes of baby weight in the last 4.5 months.  In this video I show you how I take it each day for accelerated weight loss!  I’ll also be talking more about this in the New Year.  Merry Christmas everyone!

Hi there,
Thank you so very much for this post. I’ve been cooking with coconut oil for quite a whole but never knew that I could just eat it off the spoon. I’ve started doing it half a tsp at a time and building up to a tbsp. However, it makes my tummy hurt so much after taking it. What can I do to prevent this?

Hi,thanks for sharing your experience with us. I have been having issues losing weight after baby two. I am presently 75kg and am aiming at losing weight to be 60kg.
Kindly advice me on the kind of food to be eating and also what if I make the coconut oil myself, will it be okey.

Hi! I am totally going to try this coconut oil thing. Im 6 months after having baby boy number 1 and this weight is stubborn. I did the organic switch overnight as well! Lol your story encourages me for sure. But I do have a question, in your video you said you had to take enzymes(I think that’s what it was you said). What kind do you take? Just incase I need them as well.

Does coconut oil have positive health benefits for prenatal health? For mother and baby?

Hey Michelle! Yes, it definitely does- not only does it protect against bacteria and viruses, but the fats in coconut oil are very healthy for maintaining proper progesterone levels in a pregnant Mom- which can actually prevent miscarriages. When the baby is born, the lauric acid will be passed on to baby through breastmilk, from Mom’s intake! It’s amazing stuff! I am convinced my high intake of coconut oil led to my daughter being born in less than 2 hrs! lol!
