    1) I am swimming 5 days a week. I have gone on a nutritional cleansing and weight loss program.

    2) at 50 yrs of age I am starting to see negative health markers showing up so I need to take control before they become an issue.

    I have been eating more fruit and walking at least a few times a week for at least 20 minutes! It has been great! If I could change something it would be to learn some more recipes that are yummy and healthier that even my husband would enjoy!
