    1) If you could change any ONE thing about your personal health in 2013, what would it be?
There’s one main thing I need to work on this year and that is my mental health. Ever since moving four years ago (away from family and good friends in much bigger city) I’ve had a lot of very sad days. I have a fantastic husband and four kids who need me back to my outgoing, funny happy ‘normal’. It’s very hard when our oldest is struggling with the current move also, and begs to move back. Just need to work on something ‘new’.

    2) What health concerns do you have for any of your family members going into 2013?
We have an 80/20 general rule as we eat out a lot and in our small town there’s little organic/natural restaurants. I’d love for my children to ‘want’ to eat more naturally and organic! I know they loved it when we had a ton more options in Knoxvillebut now here it’s much much easier to fall into typical American traps (Subway, ugggg it makes me sick but 2 sons are huge ball players gone at practice a lot and all the boys go there). I get flack many times for cooking organically or healthy.
    3) What have you done for your health or your family’s health that you are MOST proud of in 2012?
I’m VERY happy to have started an online Family Herbal Medicine course through http://www.VintageRemedies.com and though I’m just starting I can tell it will help us with MUCH better immune systems. Also I feel God ledme to find your FB site today as I think exactly as you do but I’ve let myself and family fall off that wagon! I want back on haha, and I feel your site is going to make all the difference. Your site is the missing link I needed.

    God Bless!
