Can I Get Your Help With Something? Your 2013 Health Survey!

Hi there and happy Monday, and happy December to you! What fun things does your family do to celebrate the Christmas season? We went and picked up our Christmas tree yesterday and got the lights put up tonight. Now to get all the ornaments on- that’s the fun part!!! (Below are our two youngest children taking a breather while we picked out our tree!)

As we look forward to 2013, (can you believe it’s the last month of 2012?!) I’ve been thinking about all of you. I wondered if I could get your help with something?? So I can best serve you in 2013, can you give me your thoughts on a couple things? 🙂

    1) I just want to have more energy and feel less yucky. I’m blessed with good health; i just need to change some habits.

    2) The hardest part is finding the time to plan and the energy to exercise.

    3) I would love to be 20 lbs lighter a year from now.

    #1- I would change my weight!
    #2- The hardest part is Time & Planning. I have 2 small children under age 3 and my husband and I both work so it’s time consuming to do meal plans/shopping plans then do all the prepping & cooking.
    #3- I would love to be more active by this time next year, meaning getting this weight off so that I can run freely outside with the kids and not be out of breath.
    #4- Easy healthy recipies 🙂
